Yes, we are e-commerce pros! Websites with advanced functionality, such as e-commerce, necessitate our Professional or Enterprise plan. E-commerce sites require additional support to be properly managed, so we must devote the necessary resources to keep your site fast, secure, and up and running at all times.

After you sign up for the plan that best suits your needs, you’ll receive a welcome email with instructions on how to securely send us your WP admin and FTP login credentials. We’ll have your plan fully implemented within 24-48 hours of receiving this information.

Fully implemented means that one of our support engineers has logged into the site, connected it to our remote maintenance system, manually tested the remote backup process, and performed any outstanding core/plugin updates.

We take our time to properly optimise everything for your specific core files, theme, and plugins, ensuring that no downtime occurs or your site is jeopardised.

Our core support team works remotely from Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. ET. We try to respond to all requests as soon as possible and complete all Help Desk Support requests within 1-2 business days.

All tasks that can be completed in the WordPress dashboard in less than 30 minutes are included in both the Professional and Enterprise plans.

Each domain (website.com, subdomain.website.com, and so on) necessitates its own plan, which can be Essential, Professional, or Enterprise. If you want us to manage and maintain 3 websites, you’ll need 3 separate plans. Please schedule a call for custom pricing if you have 5 or more websites. We require that you sign up for an Enterprise plan if you have more than one website on a multisite network.

Help Desk Support is available if your website is on a Professional or Enterprise plan.

Help Desk Support tasks generally do include any WordPress issues or updates that can be completed in 30 minutes or less while logged in to your WordPress Dashboard, such as:

  • Repairing website errors and bugs
  • Content, copy, and image changes to existing pages
  • Install and customise plugins
  • Management of user logins and passwords

 

Help Desk Support may also include the following if your site is on an Enterprise plan:

  • Creating new blog posts and landing pages
  • Redesigning existing page layouts

 

On any plan, Help Desk Support tasks do not include:

  • Individualized creation (PHP, plugins, themes, etc)
  • Creating a new landing page design, contact form, or website
  • Updating the code of your theme or plugin
  • Designing graphics
  • Copyrighting

For Example:

  • Included: You want us to update the staff directory on your website.
  • Not included: You want us to design a new graphic to add to your website.
  • Included: You want us to add a new field to your contact form.
  • Not included: You want us to create a new form for job applicants.

We absolutely do! You may submit an unlimited number of requests to our Help Desk Support team once you have actively subscribed to an Enterprise plan. Each task is limited to 30 minutes, but there is no limit to the number of 30-minute tasks you can send us each month.
